- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with healthcare professionals.
- The candidate should possess outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address client needs.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a natural science is preferred, along with active participation in professional healthcare organizations.
