Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will build relationships with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers to generate new business opportunities. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills, along with a passion for helping people restore their homes after damage.

Key Responsibilities for Sales Representative:

Identify and pursue new residential restoration sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Conduct property inspections and assessments to determine scope of restoration services.
Educate customers about company services and eco-friendly solutions.
Work closely with insurance adjusters, contractors, and homeowners to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare and deliver detailed project estimates and proposals.
Follow up with clients throughout the restoration process to ensure satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM software.

Qualifications for Sales Representative:

2+ years of sales experience, preferably in restoration, construction, or home services.
Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration processes is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
