New Business Sales Manager

As a New Business Sales Manager, your focus is on acquiring new customers. You identify business opportunities, build strong relationships, and directly contribute to the growth of our company.

Tasks

  • Active acquisition of new customers and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Identification and approach of potential customers through various channels (e.g. phone, email, social media, events).
  • Conducting presentations and demos of our SaaS solution to illustrate the added value for customers.
  • Development and implementation of strategies for lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Negotiation of contract terms and closing of deals.
  • Close collaboration with marketing, merchandising production, and software development to incorporate customer feedback.

Qualification

  • Ideally experience in B2B sales as well as in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Passion for sales, customer acquisition, and building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented work style and a strong perseverance.
  • Ability to explain technical topics in a comprehensible way and to tailor solutions to the needs of the customers.
  • Proficient use of CRM systems and common office applications.
