Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything!. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.

Compensation and time off includes:
- Base salary + commission + bonuses (avg annual earnings range at listed amount)
- Paid holidays and minimum 10 days of paid time off.

Schedule and location includes:
- Majority time doing in-field sales; minimal remote admin work
- Full time during business hours (no nights or weekends)

A typical day looks like:
- Map your route, run ~15 on-site visits, and book work.
- Log notes/metrics in our software and coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
- Light admin and prep from your home
- Sales coaching and ongoing support
- Engage with the repair technicians to provide support on work assignments
Required qualifications include:
- Fluent in Spanish
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
- Associates degree
Preferred skills include:
- General working knowledge of property management and/or the construction industry
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales
- Experience using CRM tools and processes
- Experience working in base + bonus environment
