Job Description: Sales Operations Intern
This role will be based in Brasília, Brazil.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will move beyond theory and apply your analytical skills to real-world business challenges. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career.
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to high-impact projects that solve complex business problems, touching on strategy, analytics, and operations for the Latin America region.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, support forecasting efforts, and uncover opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop and prepare documentation (process guides, training materials) to help our sales teams adopt new tools and workflows effectively.
- Collaborate daily with the LATAM Sales Operations team to support our sales force and drive operational excellence.
This is a one-year internship program requiring 30 hours per week (6 hours/day, Monday-Friday). We offer a flexible schedule to accommodate your university classes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field with a strong analytical focus.
- Professional fluency in both English and Portuguese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, formulas).
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think through challenges in a structured manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage complexity.
- A proactive and collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently.
- A genuine interest in continuous learning and personal development.
- Familiarity with a CRM (like Salesforce) or a BI tool (like Power BI) is a plus.
