Job Description

Legal Cover Consultation & Lead Conversion: Engage potential clients with clear, informative discussions about legal cover options, addressing their concerns and guiding them to choose the most suitable plans for their circumstances.

Customer Service & Claims Support: Provide empathetic and efficient assistance throughout the customer journey—from policy inquiries to claim resolution—ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience.

Upselling Legal Benefits: Identify opportunities to recommend enhanced legal cover packages, additional protections, or premium features that deliver greater peace of mind and comprehensive support, increasing overall policy value.

Expert Legal Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date understanding of legal cover products, terms, and benefits to confidently explain coverage details and highlight key advantages.

Proactive Follow-Up: Implement systematic follow-ups to nurture client relationships, answer post-sale questions, and encourage renewals or upgrades.

Data-Driven Approach: Leverage client feedback and conversion data to refine sales strategies, improve upselling success, and ensure continued alignment with client needs.

Qualifications

- Grade 12

Additional Information

Must have at least 2 years experience in Motor Insurance Service and Sales

Working hours are Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm AND Saturday from 9am to 4pm

Excellent communication skills

Fully functional on MS Office
