Sales Development Representative - Mid-Market (Cible RH) IDF

Your Future Missions:

  • As a SDR, you will be in charge of generating new business opportunities, notably through cold calls, to support our Account Executives on the ground in Paris and in charge of the IDF region.
  • More concretely, your missions will consist of:
  • Source and qualify new leads to prospect by phone
  • Take first qualified appointments with our prospects (private companies >50 employees)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales techniques with the whole team
  • Ensure good management and administration of your CRM (Salesforce)
  • Operate follow-ups with prospects and ensure the follow-up of appointments
  • Measure the results generated by the appointments taken by you

You Recognize Yourself on the Job If You Are...

  • A true sales and born hunter: you already have first-hand experience in commercial prospecting by phone (passing a secretary's barrier is no secret to you)
  • A team player: you will work daily with the whole team and form a great trio with the 2 Account Executives on the ground
  • You will prospect companies based in the Île-de-France region
  • You have excellent interpersonal and writing skills, with exceptional listening skills
