The Sales Executive position has a strategic role within the Small Corporate team. It will be responsible for contributing directly to the growth of Swile, with a focus on reaching the result of 1.0M lives in Brazil.
- Report the status of sales closings to commercial leadership
- Manage the sales funnel and customer portfolio through Sales Force and company-provided tools.
- Availability for in-person visits, participating in fairs and events, and working in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days in the home office model);
- Inbound: Responsible for maintaining the SLA of contact with the entry of new leads, and for following up with the negotiation end to end, ensuring the final conversion of these new customers;
- Prospect new clients: Identify sales opportunities and establish contact with potential clients.
- Present products or services: Explain the characteristics and benefits of the service offered in detail.
- Negotiate contracts: Discuss sales terms, prices, payment conditions, and other details of the contract.
- Closing sales: Complete the sale ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with agreed terms.
- After-sales: Maintain contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Sales reports: Monitor and report sales progress regularly to management.
- Product knowledge: Stay updated on the products or services offered, as well as market trends and conditions.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
Together with the team, you will help leverage results and growth of Swile Brazil to the maximum level.
