Your Future Missions

You will join the loyalty team of the CSE segment at Swile, composed of 30 people (Account Manager, management of cancellations, administrative assistants, and sales manager) under the responsibility of the Sales Director. You will be working with other services, such as product, marketing, care, support, data, to carry out your missions.

From our Parisian offices located in the 9th arrondissement (hybrid) or from one of the 3 regions of the North-East of France (remote), you will join our sales team dedicated to the CSE segment. You will pilot daily and remotely a team of 6 Account Manager specialized in the management and development of a client portfolio throughout the region (Normandy, Hauts de France, Grand Est). Regular trips are expected to accompany and support the teams on the ground.

Your main objective will be to ensure the renewal of the portfolio and maximize the satisfaction, loyalty, and retention of our clients (companies between 50 and 1000 employees). You will have to ensure the growth of the turnover by deploying the commercial strategy of our products to the CSEs of your sector and achieving the objectives of your sales team.

Your specific responsibilities will be to:

  • Design and implement loyalty strategies according to customer segments and commercial objectives
  • Analyze customer needs, behaviors, and expectations to adjust the loyalty approach
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop attractive loyalty offers and programs
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead the team to achieve the set objectives
  • Evaluate individual and collective performances, conduct regular interviews, and develop progress plans
  • Ensure team development through training, coaching, and on-site support
  • Ensure effective communication with clients, resolve problems, and anticipate risks of cancellation
  • Monitor your team's KPIs, produce comprehensive reports to your manager, follow real-time performance and objective achievement
  • Achieve performance and quality objectives defined by management: contribute to the increase of turnover by renewal, cross, and upsell
