We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Account Executive to own the entire K-12 school sales funnel in Southern California. You will be responsible for signing in new accounts to use the Swing platform as their primary source for finding substitute teachers.
Your extensive K-12 sales experience will be valuable for growing both markets, where we already have several customers, converting prospects into Swing customers. Tapping into your existing network of education leaders and decision makers will help you close business within your first 90 days.
Your experience selling to state, school district and charter school leadership will guide the processes such as presenting at cabinet meetings, publicly meeting with the board, confirming state policies, and RFP management. Your understanding of the state education landscape will assist with the selection of local consultants to help accelerate the lead generation and closed deals. Your understanding of forecasting will be essential in this unique marketplace because of the need to match school needs with available substitutes.
Total compensation potential is in the $160k to $215k range.
