The value stream Modern Workspace Solutions (MWS) develops and operates modern Digital Workplace and Microsoft UCC services for corporate clients in Switzerland. As Lead Transition and Pre-Sales, you will play a central role leading the transition teams responsible for onboarding and consulting customers. You will act as Delivery Owner, ensuring a smooth and successful collaboration from the bid phase through to operational handover. Together with the MWS Leadership Team, you will actively shape the strategic development of this dynamic organization.

• Lead and strategically develop the transition and consulting teams within the value stream

• Own end-to-end delivery for modern workplace and UCC customers (from sales through to operations)

• Collaborate closely with Customers, Sales, Project Management, Architecture and Delivery

• Standardize project methodologies, ensure knowledge transfer, and provide management-ready reporting

• Strategic development of the organization in partnership with the MWS Leadership Team

Your Skills

• University degree (Uni/FH/HF/EFZ) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or Business Administration

• Several years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a B2B services environment

• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and Digital Workplace solutions

• Proven leadership experience in complex organizational settings

• Strong leadership mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork and direct customer interaction

• Strategic mindset combined with a high sense of ownership and accountability

• Flexible, reliable, and self-driven working style with excellent communication skills

• Very good German & English, and ideally basic knowledge of another national language
