Business Development Representative

We're looking for a skilled Business Development Representative with at least 3 years of experience to help us accelerate growth and expand our customer base. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts — identifying high-potential leads, building meaningful relationships, and creating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities that set the stage for successful conversions and long-term partnerships.

Synder is an easy accounting platform helping accounting professionals and business owners to record, reconcile and recognize online sales and subscriptions.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with leads and clients, building strong relationships and trust
  • Conduct discovery calls and follow-ups to understand customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience
  • Track activities and progress using our CRM system
  • Continuously improve your communication and product knowledge

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation.
  • Excellent communication in English (C1+), both written and verbal.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to identify potential leads.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospects.
  • Persistent and tenacious in pursuing leads.
  • Resilient and able to handle stress effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Warrior mindset, fighting until the end to achieve goals.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, from 2 pm to 10 pm CET.
