Synerfac is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. Our client is one of the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with customers, processing and distributing customer products, handling questions and complaints, performing data entry of sales orders, evaluating warranty items, estimating delivery dates, and assisting in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
Required: Approximately 1 year of sales/customer service experience in the wholesale/distribution industry.
