Commercial Account Manager Greater Baltimore, Maryland Overview: Our client is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to sell their commercial, integrated low voltage systems solutions, such as communication infrastructure (voice, video, and data), fire, sound, security, access control, and CCTV. The ideal candidate would work directly with potential customers to give them the best possible solution for their immediate and/or future needs. Responsibilities: - Maintain and archive proposals and bids for future actions. - Attend site surveys to determine what is necessary to sell and install a job. - Assist customers on technical and installation issues. - Maintain solid working relationship with established accounts.
Qualifications: - Strong outside sales experience is required; Experience in the following industries a plus: Sound, Low Voltage Wiring, Fire Alarm, Life Safety, Construction or Electrical background. - Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the low voltage product lines and construction. - Knowledge of State, Local, and Industry standards involving low voltage wiring, Fire Alarm Sprinkler, and device installation. - Knowledge of installation practices and construction procedures a plus. - Must have valid Driver's license and transportation. - Ability to obtain Maryland Security Systems Sales, and VA DCJS licenses required. - Must have a positive and respectful attitude to maintain good working relationships with management staff, employees, vendors and customers. - Ability to use MS Office is a must.
