Your Role At Syntax

Are you communicative and interested in advising people on their further education opportunities as an app developer, web developer, cloud developer or in AI? As an education advisor at Syntax, you are the first point of contact for people interested in our course offerings. You get an overview of the respective lead, inform interested parties about the course structure, learning objectives, labor market prospects and job opportunities for developers before handing the lead over to the closer.

Responsibilities

First Contact: You inform interested parties about our course offerings, analyze their individual situation, suitability and learning goals.

  • Support: You accompany applicants as the central contact person in the initial telephone conversation.
  • Lead Management & CRM Cooperation: In close cooperation with marketing, especially our CRM manager, you support topics such as lead nurturing, development of funnels and the right approach to reach and inspire our target audience in the best possible way.

Qualification

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You enjoy interacting with other people and can approach applicants openly, empathetically and proactively - also by phone.
  • Passion for Dynamics and Ambitious Goals: You are motivated to achieve clear and ambitious goals and achieve top-class results.
  • Independence and Proactivity: You like to work independently and responsibly and always keep an overview, especially when processing multiple applications at the same time.
  • Technical Skills: Confident use of Google Tools applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), additional HubSpot knowledge is a plus.
  • Language Skills: You speak and write excellent German and ideally also spoken and written English (C1+).
  • A Big Plus: If you already have previous experience in sales or in educational counseling at an AZAV-certified educational provider.
