Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage the overall sales function of a real estate company. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing direct and indirect sales teams, and achieving company-wide sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 8–15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of the OMAN real estate market. Proven track record of achieving large-scale sales targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Fluency in Arabic (English is a strong advantage).
