Our BU Cloud & Application Services accompanies companies in the integration and optimization of cutting-edge software solutions. We work with the biggest market publishers, such as Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce, and intervene with a diversity of clients (large groups, SMEs, various sectors). Our Oracle team, solid and experienced, is implanted throughout France and enjoys a strong reputation.
Fort of its GOLD partnership with the Oracle publisher, Talan is a major player around Oracle EBS R12 and/or ERP Cloud solutions in France.
You will be dedicated to the commercial development of the Oracle ERP offer (E-Business Suite, ERP Cloud) within a dynamic, innovative, and growing environment. You will address a portfolio of existing and prospective clients, with the possibility of relying on a team of expert consultants and on Talan’s network.
Your missions:
- Participate in implementing the Oracle ERP commercial strategy in liaison with the management and operational teams.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new accounts, while also retaining existing clients by relying on our many current clients.
- Be the commercial reference on the entire Oracle ecosystem (products, licenses, positioning, market).
- Be a force of proposal with the delivery and management teams to enrich the quality and maintenance of a high level of exigence in the writing and delivery of proposals.
- Identify and develop the matrix of contacts and decision-makers to accompany our clients, in line with our strategy and the catalog of our offers.
- Be a true orchestrator of the pre-sales phases.
- Follow the affairs on the financial plan from the beginning to the end of the process.
Profile sought:
- Higher education (business school, engineer or equivalent).
- Successful experience of at least 7 years in the sale of Oracle ERP solutions (EBS, Cloud), ideally within an IT services company or a consulting firm.
- Mastery of Oracle product components, licenses, positioning, and market knowledge.
- Possess an IT and business network and a plus.
- Sense of service, excellent relationship skills, leadership, autonomy, and team spirit.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment, in a collaborative and cross-functional mode.
- Occasional national mobility.
