Senior Account Executive

Our client, a SaaS / eCommerce / Supply Chain technology company that helps organizations optimize fulfillment and streamline business operations while driving measurable growth, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their dynamic Business Development team. In this role, you'll collaborate with leading organizations to help them achieve operational and business success.
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Remote but need to be physically within the U.S.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the US market and current resident with a valid work authorization.
What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
- Develop business plans that align with revenue and growth targets.
- Lead full-cycle sales processes with mid-market and enterprise accounts, from prospecting through close.
- Manage and support partnerships that drive mutual value.
- Identify and create new opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and partner channels.
- Conduct discovery sessions, scope professional services, and deliver tailored SaaS solution demos.
- Present compelling proposals, negotiate agreements, and finalize pricing contracts.
- Stay informed on SaaS, cloud technology, retail/eCommerce, and supply chain trends to position value-driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry conferences.
- Drive initiatives that enhance team performance and expand market presence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development, with full-cycle ownership.
- Proven track record in SaaS sales; background in e-commerce, supply chain, WMS, or ERP is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
