Job Title
The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives working independently, with a strong track record of success in job board and/or PPC recruitment sales. This self-motivated professional will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with mid-sized recruitment advertising agencies and staffing clients, driving performance, and ensuring long-term partnership success.
What You'll Own and Drive
- Lead Strategic Client Engagements: Organize and deliver compelling client presentations—including Quarterly Business Reviews and Account Reviews—both virtually and in person, ensuring alignment and growth opportunities.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Execute direct and indirect sales strategies through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and in-person engagements with existing and prospective clients to meet quota attainment.
- Maximize Client Value: Monitor account health, provide dedicated support, and identify opportunities to upsell solutions that drive measurable business results.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: Leverage data analysis and performance reviews to deliver actionable campaign optimizations and ensure continuous improvement.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with advertising agencies and staffing firms, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
- Influence Key Stakeholders: Collaborate with decision-makers at every level—from analysts to C-suite executives—by delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate Across Talent.com: Partner closely with internal teams across all departments to align on growth initiatives, optimize opportunities, and scale client success.
- Ensure Campaign Excellence: Work hand-in-hand with Client Success to confirm campaigns consistently meet or exceed benchmark objectives and deliver ROI.
Must-Haves
- Extensive Experience: 5+ years in a similar role with a proven history of success.
- Sales Excellence: Demonstrated ability to win, grow, and upsell business through a consultative selling approach.
- Full Sales Cycle Expertise: Skilled in every stage of the process—prospecting, identifying opportunities, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating, and closing.
- Strategic Account Management: Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies across a client portfolio including managing campaigns and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Executive Presence: Confident and persuasive when presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
- Relationship Builder: Strong ability to establish trust, build rapport, and cultivate long-lasting client partnerships.
- Ownership & Accountability: Experienced in delivering accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales experience.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
