Objectifs de l'emploi :
-Identify, develop, follow up, and finalize a portfolio of sales opportunities for GED-ECM solutions and services in relation to expressed client needs,
-Consulting missions in data governance,
-Consulting missions in document management (framing studies, drafting of document charters, archiving, specifications, construction of service offers, etc.),
-Participate in the construction of our offer and carry out pre-sales missions in collaboration with commercial teams (determination of needs, definition of solutions, realization of quotations, etc.),

Your responsibilities
Activités principales :
-Develop the turnover of GED-ECM solutions at clients/prospects within the framework of the objectives set, while respecting the methodology and commercial policy of Ricoh,
-Prepare prospecting actions: select appointments according to the company's strategy, upcoming deadlines, and optimization of the coverage of one or more lists entrusted to him/her; set the objectives of the interview, make appointments with Clients/Prospects,
-Conduct face-to-face interviews:
Discover the client/prospect environment,
Carry out an analysis of document needs,
Present Ricoh, its products, and its solutions to the client/prospect,
Ensure the demonstration of GED-ECM solutions and argue the offer (at the client or on RFR site),
Evaluate the most suitable solution to optimize the management of document flows of the client/prospect and obtain a written commitment.
-Inform yourself about the positioning of the competition in terms of:
GED-ECM solutions, Commercial policy, Strengths and Weaknesses.

Required skills
Holder of a Bac+2 to Bac+5 type:
Bac+2 – BTS SIO (Information Services for Organizations);
BTS NDRC – Negotiation and Digitalization of the Customer Relationship ;
Bac+3 – Professional License in Digital Professions ;
Master in Commerce / Business Development / Business Engineering
You have professional experience of between 3 and 5 years.
Techniques :
-Competence in document management, electronic signature, and archiving (knowledge of document life cycles, principles related to digitization, archiving, knowledge of standards and norms, etc.),
-Functional expertise in GED-ECM solutions (Docuware, M-Files, Alfresco …),
-Dematerialization LAD-RAD,
-Process management/Workflow,
-Electronic archiving,
-Knowledge of the computer circulation of documents in a company,
-Knowledge of IT and networks,
-Knowledge of company structures (activities, results …),
-Knowledge of the competition (ECM-GED solutions, commercial policy).
Ricoh Sales Technique :
-Know the techniques of taking appointments by phone,
-Know the techniques of face-to-face interviews: (preparation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, conclusion),
-English level intermediate B2.
