Customer Service Representative

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the entire customer service process: from order processing to invoicing, and from customer contact to data management. You will work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics, and actively contribute to improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perfect execution in the order to invoicing process
• Important link between the customer, sales, marketing, purchasing, etc. to achieve high customer satisfaction through good coordination
• Creation/modification of customer data in SAP and the CRM package
• Working together with colleagues within Customer Service BNL, such as Customer Sales Support Front Office Benelux, functional experts, and process coordinators to optimally execute and continuously improve processes
• Optimal processing of price and delivery agreements
• Providing e-commerce customer support
• Performing other administrative tasks

Required skills include:

• MBO and/or MBO+ work and thinking level
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Good communicative and organizational skills
• Familiarity with MS Office, such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages in speech and writing, French is a plus
