Inside Sales Engineer

About the Role

Your role as Inside Sales Engineer has a direct impact on sales revenue and significantly contributes to customer satisfaction. You will use your deep knowledge of our products and services to build strong relationships with customers, leading to long-term collaborations and repeat business for projects and service and maintenance contracts.

Your tasks include:

  • Regular client contact to present offers and increase the chance of success.
  • Coordinating the administrative process around quotes.
  • Drafting and sending suitable quotes to the client.
  • Responsible for quick confirmation and transfer of orders.
  • Staying up-to-date with product developments, market trends, and new technologies.
  • Applying the rules relevant to the role regarding safety, health, and well-being (ARBO and VCA).

Required skills:

  • MBO / Bachelor (business economics / electrical engineering); additional technical / commercial training.
  • Knowledge of products and services in the field of building-related technology (safety, security, building management, and monitoring).
  • Knowledge of projection techniques and systems.
  • Experience in preparing cost calculations.
  • Legal knowledge related to contract and labor law and procurement legislation.
  • You are commercial, accurate, flexible, have organizational skills, and are proactive.
