EXPERIS Presales Manager For Automation & AI Practice

The Presales Manager for the Automation & AI Practice at EXPERIS plays a strategic role in driving presales excellence, bid management, and business development across automation, artificial intelligence, and intelligent process transformation opportunities. This position requires deep solution knowledge, the ability to engage customers in consultative discussions, and close collaboration with leading technology partners (UiPath, Microsoft, AWS, Google, etc.) to co-create value propositions.

The role bridges technology and business, ensuring EXPERIS positions itself as a trusted advisor in AI and Automation, delivering innovative, scalable, and outcome-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead presales activities for opportunities in AI, automation, machine learning, intelligent document processing, RPA, conversational AI, and related technologies.
  • Develop and deliver customer-centric presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Partner with sales to understand client challenges and design tailored Automation & AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Provide solution design, technical validation, and effort estimation during the sales cycle.
  • Ensure presales deliverables (proposals, solution descriptions, ROI/TCO models) are value-driven and competitive.

Bid Management & Proposal Preparation

  • Manage end-to-end bid processes for Automation & AI deals, ensuring high-quality, timely submissions.
  • Coordinate contributions from consultants, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Develop commercial and technical proposals aligned with client requirements and EXPERIS strategy.
  • Drive bid governance and best practices to increase win rates and efficiency.

Partner & Vendor Engagement (AI & Automation Ecosystem)

  • Act as the primary point of contact with strategic technology partners (UiPath, Microsoft, AWS, Google, IBM, etc.).
  • Stay up to date on partner solution roadmaps, certifications, and co-selling programs.
  • Leverage partner programs for joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing, and pipeline generation.
  • Represent EXPERIS in partner events, innovation showcases, and industry conferences.

Business Development & Growth Enablement

  • Support sales in identifying new AI & Automation opportunities in both new and existing accounts.
  • Contribute to account planning and consultative selling strategies.
  • Position EXPERIS as a thought leader in Automation & AI by supporting white papers, client events, and industry publications.
  • Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns and client references focused on intelligent automation and AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Business; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or bid management in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Solid knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), AI/ML frameworks, cloud-based AI services, and intelligent process automation.
  • Proven track record in designing and winning Automation & AI solutions within consulting or IT services.
  • Strong experience managing technology partner relationships.
  • Familiarity with RFI/RFP processes in both private and public sectors.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and value realization.

Reports to: Head of Business Development department, EXPERIS.

Collaborates with: Sales Managers, Consulting Team, Bid Office, Partner Management, Marketing and the Automation & AI Technical Competence Center.
