From Talent Solutions, we work with leading clients designing comprehensive HR solutions that cover the entire talent cycle: Consulting, assessment, development, engagement, and career transition (Outplacement).

We are looking to incorporate a Sales Senior Consultant with experience in consultative sales of Assessment, talent development, career management, and Outplacement and Restructuring Solutions, to lead high-value projects and build strategic relationships with our clients.

You will be a key figure as a transformation partner for our clients, combining business insight, teamwork, and commercial orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Capture, develop, and retain strategic accounts
• Design and sell consultative solutions of:
• Talent development
• Career management
• Outplacement
• Address complex people and organization challenges, building tailored proposals
• Integrate global Talent Solutions Right Management solutions (Consulting, development, attraction, engagement, and transition) in an end-to-end approach
• Direct interaction with decision-makers and executive teams
• Collaborate with hybrid teams to ensure impact, quality, and results

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 4 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in:
• Talent development
• Outplacement
• Career management
• HR consulting
• Experience in designing and defending complex solutions
• Highly valuable previous experience in talent selection
• High commercial orientation, growth mindset, and customer focus
• Knowledge of HR tools and project management
• B2 level English or higher
• Driver’s license
