Your responsibilities include ensuring customers are not only excellently assisted with their service inquiries but also discovering which KPN products truly suit them. Thanks to you, technical and administrative problems are quickly resolved, creating space for a suitable offer. You build trust in every conversation, take the lead, and dare to ask questions to precisely understand the customer's needs. You are not only the brain behind the analysis but also the one who convincingly presents an offer. You remain calm in the face of resistance, switch quickly, and make the most of every contact moment to add value. This way, you turn service conversations into valuable commercial opportunities.
Tasks and responsibilities:
You are self-confident and curious. You switch quickly, dare to ask questions, and feel out what a customer needs. Sometimes a conversation requires courage, sometimes patience—and you know exactly when to use which approach. You focus on results but never lose sight of the customer. You are social, make easy contact, and like to take the lead. You learn quickly, actively take feedback, and enjoy working in a team that wants to move forward.
