Your responsibilities:
Together with your team, you ensure that customers are not only excellently assisted with their service questions, but also discover which KPN products truly suit them. Thanks to you, technical and administrative problems are quickly resolved, creating space to make a suitable offer. You build trust in every conversation, take the lead, and dare to ask to sharpen the customer's needs. You are not only the brain behind the analysis, but also roll up your sleeves to convincingly present an offer. You remain calm in the face of resistance, switch quickly, and make the most of every contact moment to add value. This way, you turn service conversations into valuable commercial opportunities.
