Job Title

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering service and technical customer questions
• Solving problems and analyzing customer needs
• Making appropriate commercial offers in every conversation
• Building trust and taking the lead in customer contact
• Setting appointments and ensuring a smooth customer journey

Required skills include:

• Minimum mbo 4 work and thinking level
• Minimum 1 year availability
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• Competitive mindset
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic
• One evening per week availability; additionally, you work one Friday and Saturday every six weeks

What we offer includes:

• A gross starting salary of €2,833. The starting salary may vary in consultation with your manager and based on your experience.
• Fixed 13th month, part of which is paid monthly and part in January of the following year
