Your workplace is in Groningen, Netherlands. This is a part-time position (36 hrs/wk) with a junior experience level.
Your responsibilities include ensuring customers are not only excellently assisted with their service questions but also discovering which KPN products truly suit them. You quickly resolve technical and administrative issues, creating space for a suitable offer. You build trust in every conversation, take the lead, and ask questions to precisely understand the customer's needs. You are the brain behind the analysis and also present offers convincingly. You remain calm in the face of resistance, switch quickly, and make the most of every contact moment to add value. This way, you turn service conversations into valuable commercial opportunities.
