SDR Coordinator At Ureed

Job Purpose

As an SDR Coordinator at Ureed, you will take ownership of identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise clients, qualifying their needs, and scheduling qualified meetings. In addition, you will be responsible for researching target companies, designing and executing outreach campaigns, and maintaining accurate lead data.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach Support

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients aligned with company services and target markets.

• Execute basic outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings or discovery calls with qualified leads for the commercial team.

CRM Management & Data Accuracy

• Accurately update and maintain lead records in the CRM system.

• Track outreach activity, status updates, and meeting outcomes.

Market Research & Prospecting Preparation

• Conduct preliminary research on target industries, client profiles, and potential use cases.

• Support the development of outreach lists and tailored messaging based on market segments.

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Work closely with the managing director and commercial team to align on priorities and outreach campaigns.

• Share client feedback, objections, or common questions to help refine communication strategies.

Activity Monitoring & Performance Reporting

• Meet weekly activity targets (e.g., number of emails sent, calls made, meetings booked) while maintaining strong conversion rates (e.g., percentage of outreach that results in responses, qualified leads, or scheduled meetings).

• Regularly report progress and update team members on outreach results.

Education, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• (1-3) years of experience in sales development, sales operations, tele sales or telemarketing roles.

• Experience in sales, client interaction, in the Tech, HR or recruitment solutions and services, health insurance or similar fields.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Professional attitude, resilience, and a positive approach to challenges.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
