Contract Sales Support Specialist

The Contract Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our Contract Sales team by managing all aspects of contract administration, pricing preparation, proposal submission, and day-to-day sales support. This role bridges internal departments—including Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Finance—to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality support that drives customer satisfaction and business growth.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support partner to the sales force for customer communication, account management, and pricing requests
• Create, update, and maintain product and pricing agreements
• Manage vendor registrations and maintain buying group memberships
• Prepare commission-level comparisons and margin analysis to ensure pricing compliance
• Coordinate with Marketing to create and maintain sales presentations, company overviews, and communication materials
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis to support business decisions
• Maintain customer-specific pricing and products in CRM and internal portals
• Review all products at renewal or during price adjustments, ensuring discount approvals are documented
• Maintain and update the contract database for all market segments, including new account setups
• Partner with the Legal team to negotiate contract terms for new agreements, renewals, extensions, rebates, and stocking agreements
• Manage all aspects of RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions from receipt to delivery
• Assist in rebate coordination, reporting, and analytics
• Cross-reference member lists to ensure accuracy and develop streamlined tracking systems

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in contract management, sales support, or pricing preferred, ideally in a manufacturing or B2B environment
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• CRM systems experience required; SAP knowledge preferred
• Familiarity with Power BI preferred
