Train and support channel partners on product, documentation, and credit norms.
Monitor channel performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct first-level screening of customer profiles, financials, collateral, and business viability.
Ensure high-quality sourcing with minimal deviations and early delinquency.
Coordinate closely with credit, legal, and technical teams for faster approvals.
Participate in customer meetings for major or high-ticket proposals.
Resolve escalations and ensure superior customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Oversee the accuracy and completeness of all documentation from the team.
Monitor TATs for login, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Strong understanding of Secured Business Loans, LAP, and SME lending.
Ability to interpret financial statements and evaluate business/ collateral risk.

Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
4–10 years of experience in Secured Business Loans/ Mortgage/ SME lending.
Minimum 2 years in a team-handling role preferred.
Prior experience in managing DSAs, connectors, and local SME markets.
