Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist focuses on optimizing sales processes, managing data integrity and providing analytical insights to drive efficiency and decision-making in Sales Operations. Serving as an individual contributor, the Specialist does not manage a team but works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to provide detailed analysis of sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement within the sales cycle.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing reports on key performance metrics to senior management.
  • Optimize sales processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements within the team to enhance operational workflows and overall sales productivity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform decision-making, providing timely and relevant insights to relevant teams in Sales & Account Management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as IT to ensure smooth integration of new sales tools, systems, and technologies across the team, ensuring proper configuration and swiftly resolving any technical or functional issues to ensure continuous operations.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of toll processing agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimizing operational efficiency for all toll customers.
  • Analyze toll processing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and prepare detailed reports for management review.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Possesses specialist knowledge of sales processes, best practices and analytics. Strong understanding of the policies, objectives, operations and related activities within NOAM Sales Operations.
  • Strong communication skills to persuade and influence. The role needs to adapt styles and interpret and explain information to differing audiences from inside and/or outside the organization who are not familiar with the subject matter.
  • Resolves issues that are complex or unusual requiring original thought, research, new approaches and analytical techniques.
  • Provide advice and guidance through technical knowledge, research and analysis, which impact the performance of the team.
  • Responsible for achieving personal targets, which can impact the overall success of the NOAM Sales Operations team.
  • May oversee project delivery, including managing project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful completion.

Compensation:

Tate & Lyle complies with all local/state regulations requiring salary range transparency. When determining final compensation, we take into consideration: skillset, job scope, knowledge, prior experience, cost of living, market data, budget availability, and other factors as permitted by law. The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $130,000.
