Manager Global Institutional Sales Enablement

TD Global Investment Solutions ("TDGIS") represents the institutional asset management businesses of TD Bank Group ("TD") - TD Asset Management Inc. ("TDAM") and Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. ("TD Epoch"). TDGIS brings together three decades of experience and has a long track record of helping clients meet their investment goals. Our broad selection of strategies and solutions includes fundamental equities, fundamental free cash flow driven equities, quantitative and passive equities, fixed income across the credit quality spectrum and alternatives, such as private credit, infrastructure and real estate. Offering investment solutions to corporations, pension plans, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, and superannuation, as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds and ETFs, we oversee $504 billion of investments for clients as of June 30, 2025 (aggregate statistics for TDAM and TD Epoch, which are both affiliates and wholly-owned subsidiaries of The Toronto-Dominion Bank).

The TDAM Global Institutional Sales Enablement (GISE) team is responsible for setting the strategic direction to support the institutional asset management distribution and sales team. In 2023, we launched a global business and brand called TD Global Investment Solutions ("TDGIS"). TDGIS represents the institutional asset management businesses of TD Bank Group ("TD") - TD Asset Management Inc. ("TDAM") and Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. ("TD Epoch"). With a broad distribution team, solution set and geographic footprint, this is an exciting time to join our team. Reporting to the Vice President & Director, Lead of Global Institutional Sales Enablement, the Manager Global Institutional Sales Enablement will collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on a global basis. The focus is to manage and deliver key programs and content to elevate the TDGIS brand as an industry leader and help meet key performance indicators aligned to strategic business priorities.

Accountabilities will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure channel and partner needs are carefully considered for the success of programs including live and virtual events, webinars, industry sponsorships, thought leadership, etc.
  • Providing key input and direction regarding our presence on the website and other digital and social platforms including our institutional intranet site as a content hub for internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize, frame and coordinate marketing and communications activities required to support the annual global sales enablement plan.
  • Thinking outside the box in identifying opportunities and protocol for new global markets.
  • Assist in evaluating and monitoring program effectiveness by analyzing and interpreting metrics, data, and results as well as industry best practices.
  • A critical success factor will be helping the global institutional distribution team achieve business and growth goals, through the development and support of sales tools and programs, to attract, grow and retain client, prospective client, and consultant relationships.
  • Taking a proactive approach to ensuring the ongoing needs of our distribution team and their constituents are being met by working closely with key stakeholders including Marketing, Communications, Portfolio Managers and Client Portfolio Managers, Events, Compliance and Regulatory partners.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for the asset management industry, with related experience and knowledge of the landscape and key trends
  • Minimum 5 years related industry experience - institutional, asset management, capital markets or professional services focus - B2B ideally providing sales support, strategy and marketing to consultants and institutional investors.
  • Experience in global markets would be very beneficial
  • Proven interpersonal, relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Responsive, service oriented and collaborative
  • Aptitude for fast paced environment and comfort with multiple and competing priorities
  • Strategic ability – thinking within a broad business, global and enterprise perspective
  • Demonstrates initiative, analytical, problem-solving skills, organizational, time management and prioritization ability – can manage multiple projects and deliverables
  • Thought leadership and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
  • Leadership skills with demonstrated capability in cross functional collaboration, influence, and negotiation with ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong presentation skills – technical skills in building and as well as effective delivery
  • Ability to interpret and manage reporting and business KPI's
  • High level of professionalism and strong communication skills- verbal and written
  • Bilingualism is an asset

Specific Educational Requirements/Accreditations/Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics, or communications
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel to leverage data to support decision making and PowerPoint to communicate a vision, compelling story, and business results)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be an asset
  • Investment industry accreditation would be an asset
  • Pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst designation would be an asset
