Your missions:

• You are responsible for processing orders from B2B resellers assigned to your team and ensure the right products are delivered at the right price, in the right quantity, and at the right place.
• You manage specific administrative tasks for the department, such as managing end-of-life items, processing cancellation requests, handling order blocks, etc., and respond to customer inquiries regarding delivery times and product availability.
• In your new work environment, you are also the central point of coordination between sales, other internal services, manufacturers, and customers.
• You actively support us in optimizing processes (e.g., integrating artificial intelligence) to improve profitability and efficiency.

Your profile:

• You have a commercial education or a retail diploma completed with commercial training.
• Professional experience in a similar function.
• You are used to working independently and process-oriented and show a strong sense of customer service.
• You are a proactive, determined, and convincing person with professional presentation, good interpersonal skills, and excellent expression.
• You have excellent knowledge of French and basic English.
