In this role, you work with specific, identified accounts, owning the daily contact. Incumbents work proactively to drive revenues/margins to ensure organizational profitability. Provides excellent follow-up and customer service to our partners, for the growth and development of a group of accounts.
Position products and service programs suited to customer's business needs.
Achieve all measurable daily performance standards (calls, orders, margin, sell time, quota).
Provide pricing and product availability to customers as required.
Process orders correctly, accurately and back-order account maintenance/combination.
Coordinates with field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and QBR presentations.
Responsible for having knowledge of customers within assigned territory and creating relationships at the purchasing, sales, and operational levels.
Align with vendor management to introduce, drive, and execute goals.
Helps coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing either directly or through executing actions of these groups.
Maintain current customer profiles and information as requested.
Returns Authorizations - process request to customer service when applicable.
Outbound calls, prospect/qualify customers.
Provide help in developing accounts with Vendors or Business Development Reps or Product Managers.
Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
Attend all scheduled TD SYNNEX training initiatives, reseller, Industry or TD SYNNEX events.
1-3 years of experience in sales administration, logistics or Sales.
Degree in Sales, marketing, administration or related fields preferred.
Understanding of sales processes, procedures, and terminology.
Strong desire to learn and ready to show initiative.
Innovative and self-motivated.
Interpersonal skills, able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
Possesses strong data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills, particularly face to face.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and commitment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Occasionally, it is necessary to work outside normal hours, attend events, or travel.
Professional, office environment.
Occasional home office, depending on work circumstances.
Frequent Travel Required to other cities, like Guayaquil and Cuenca (25%).
