Inside Sales Manager Retail & Mobile - H/F/X

At the Endpoint Solutions division, specialized in the distribution of smartphones, PCs, tablets, connected objects, printers, computer peripherals, accessories and consumables, and reporting to the Director Retail, Mobile & Consumer Electronics, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate Internal Sales Manager to lead a team of sedentary salespeople and propel our growth to a higher level!

  • A portfolio of more than 250 active clients, including major accounts such as: Fnac-Darty, Boulanger, Leclerc, Carrefour, Auchan, Amazon, CDiscount, LDLC and specialists such as: Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, Free Mobile, Décathlon, Intersport, Alltricks, i-Run, Conforama, Au Vieux Campeur, Son Video, etc.
  • The management of 10 Inside Sales Executives, including 3 Interns to accompany and grow

Your mission:

  • Lead and animate your team to achieve and exceed turnover and profitability objectives
  • Implement an effective organization and use the appropriate tools to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance and develop your team's skills through coaching and development plans
  • Collaborate with KAMs who manage the Top 12 clients and ensure the team's autonomy on other accounts
  • Ensure a quality relationship with clients and internal partners: ADV, Operations, Customer Service, Credit, etc.
  • Be a force of proposal to identify new growth opportunities and maximize the potential of client accounts
  • Ensure accurate reporting and follow KPIs: outbound calls, forecasts, profitability, etc.
  • Demonstrate exemplary behavior in accordance with TD SYNNEX values

Profile sought:

  • Successful commercial management experience (5 to 10 years), ideally in a B2B environment
  • Good knowledge of the distribution ecosystem and ability to interact with various clients
  • Leadership, coaching and team development skills
  • Analytical mind and ability to drive performance through numbers
  • Excellent communication and ability to motivate a team
  • Experience in an IT or distribution environment would be a plus
  • You are able to demonstrate your ability to clearly understand the strategic direction and challenges
  • The English, mastery of Microsoft Office and SAP are assets to your candidacy
  • You like to take on challenges and regularly accept new challenges
  • English level B1 minimum.
