Your Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for a designated authorized customer base – no cold calling required!
- When receiving calls or complaints, you help our customers in a helpful and solution-oriented manner, clarifying technical and professional questions in close contact with our sales force, product marketing, and suppliers.
- You create offers and advise our customers on Dell EMC products.
- You conduct independent price negotiations and provide our specialists with all TD SYNNEX services (e.g., project financing, product refinement, special deliveries, etc.) in collaboration with the relevant specialist departments (lead management).
- Furthermore, it is your task to efficiently and reliably book incoming orders, you are responsible for their smooth processing and in addition, you take care of order follow-up and order management (e.g., monitoring and controlling backlog lists, delivery blocks).
- You actively implement sales promotions, also follow up proactively with customers (B2B), and generate additional business. You also keep an eye on the reactivation/regaining of inactive customers.
- You contribute enthusiastically to achieving the quarterly sales and margin targets for the respective customer or segment and convince through the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI's).
- You also care about the maintenance and expansion of contacts with Dell EMC as a manufacturer.
Your Expertise:
- You are proud of your completed commercial vocational training.
- You are passionate about sales and have already gained at least three years of professional experience in sales (preferably in the IT sector).
- You like to communicate, enjoy telephone contact with customers, and have sales skills. For this, you like to use your language skills in German and English.
- You are excited about challenging tasks that you want to master together with a great team with a lot of initiative and your good understanding.
- Of course, the common MS Office applications are not new to you. SAP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- You communicate confidently and confidently in German and English.
