Experienced Inside Sales Specialist

We are looking for an experienced inside sales specialist who will be responsible for our products and solutions in the related BU.

What you'll do:

  1. Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction.
  2. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company.
  3. Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  4. Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  5. Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements.
  6. Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing."
  7. In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements.
  8. Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
  9. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers.
  10. Attainment of key performance indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement.
  11. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value proposition.
  12. Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.).
  13. Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/vendor knowledge is required.
  14. Drives sales of specific products/vendors if specific knowledge is required.
  15. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.
  16. Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  17. Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.

What we're kindly looking for:

  • Ability to drive a consultative conversation with the customer.
  • IT industry knowledge especially for software products and technology portfolios – channel, vendors and competition.
  • Business level English.
  • Native in Turkish.
  • Customer focus mindset.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Good relationship building.
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.
  • A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential.
