In the role as ISS, you will become a key player in one of our business units. You have deep knowledge of the product portfolio, processes, and supplier pricing and are responsible for the entire business – from quote to close. Here you will work closely with both suppliers, resellers, and internal specialists, with great responsibility and clear goals.

Your main responsibilities

Drive sales through proactive customer contact and planned outgoing calls Build and develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key contacts Manage the entire quote process and ensure quick, correct business closure Create and actively drive a business pipeline in our CRM system Identify business and project opportunities and collaborate with BDM and specialists Work towards set goals for turnover, margin, and customer engagement Ensure high service level and that our service level agreements (SLA) towards customers are met Manage and follow up on backorders

Who are you? We believe you are a relationship builder who thrives on sales, phone contact, and a high pace. You are business-driven, structured, and motivated by clear goals.

We see that you have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Skilled in communicating and reaching out
  • Like talking on the phone
  • Good numerical ability and high accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and plan your work
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Meritorious

  • Experience with CRM, quote, or order systems
  • Knowledge of the IT industry or product sales
  • Previous work with technical products or solutions
