Job Description

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the point of contact for our customers and suppliers. You play a key role in achieving team objectives. You ensure excellent service and build strong relationships while always striving for accuracy, efficiency, and customer focus.

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets.
  • Creating accurate and attractive quotes and sending them on time.
  • Building and managing a pipeline of qualified leads in our CRM system.
  • Proactively maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Presenting, selling, and negotiating product information, prices, promotions, and special offers.
  • Ensuring service level agreements with customers are met.
  • Actively promoting the benefits and value proposition of TD SYNNEX.
  • Developing and implementing account plans to further grow customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of French and English.
  • Always put the customer first.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Can distinguish between main and secondary issues and are analytically and numerically strong with an eye for detail.
  • Problem-solving and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Enjoy working in an enthusiastic team with a positive work atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Experience with sales and/or purchasing within the IT channel.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Experience with SAP R3 / BW? That’s a nice plus!
