Job Purpose

Be the operational and commercial backbone for our partners, ensuring seamless sales execution, proactive issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery. This role combines operational excellence with active engagement in partner development and sales enablement. You will support three Business Units: Endpoint Solutions, Advanced Solutions and GCC, for partners in and outside Europe, while also contributing to strategic initiatives that drive TD SYNNEX's global success.

Responsibilities

Sales Order & Quotation Management

Process and review sales orders and quotations with precision, ensuring compliance with pricing, margin policies, and service levels. Provide accurate and timely quotes to partners, following up to ensure conversion and closure of opportunities.

Backlog & Delivery Management

Manage the sales backlog, proactively resolving delays or discrepancies to meet SLA and customer expectations. Maintain clear communication with partners regarding backorders, availability, and delivery timelines.

Partner Engagement & Relationship Building

Act as the go-to operational and commercial contact for your assigned partners. Build excellent relationships through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and strategic account planning.

Sales Enablement & Opportunity Generation

Identify new sales opportunities and actively support pipeline growth through outbound engagement and "intelligent project fishing." Understand partner needs and promote relevant products, services, and value propositions.

Data Accuracy & Reporting

Maintain up-to-date partner data in CRM and ensure the opportunity pipeline is regularly reviewed and updated. Generate and analyze key reports such as backlog status, partner activity, SLA tracking, and pricing accuracy.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams (business, logistics, credit, AR) to ensure smooth end-to-end processes. Support the implementation of business improvement projects and contribute to a global best practice model.

Target Achievement

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets for your assigned accounts or segment. Meet key performance indicators such as outbound calls, talk time, backlog reduction, and pipeline quality. Collaborate with BDMs and vendor specialists when deeper product knowledge is required.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or Account Management (or relevant educational background). Strong understanding of sales process, order management, and partner engagement. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus. Numerate with strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP, CRM systems (Salesforce), AFO, and Power BI experience is a plus. Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities. Team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
