Your Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the daily booking of orders and order processing.
• You support all sales activities to achieve team and company goals.
• You prioritize your tasks to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• You handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally to find timely solutions.
• You maintain close relationships with internal sales departments.
• You escalate problems early to the team leader or manager of sales operations.

Your Expertise:

• You value detail accuracy and are number-focused.
• You are process-oriented and results-driven.
• You have a strong customer orientation.
• You have excellent organizational skills.
• You master effective time management and prioritization.
• You maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Experience with SAP R3 is an advantage.
