What You'll Be Doing

  • Process daily sales orders and quotations accurately, including electronic order handling.
  • Support all aspects of sales activity to help achieve team and company targets.
  • Prioritise tasks to meet agreed deadlines and service level agreements.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring efficient and professional resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with Internal Sales teams.
  • Escalate issues promptly to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
  • Proactively support the business, including working shift patterns as required.
