In the role of Sales Operations Executive, you take care of all administrative sales tasks with customers. Think of processing and following up on incoming sales and purchase orders and RMAs. You are also responsible for the reactive elements of customer engagement within Sales. With this, you provide the highest possible level of service to our customers. Are there problems or escalations? You guarantee that they are quickly resolved.

Responsibilities:

• Booking of customer orders
• Supporting all aspects of sales activities to help the company achieve both team and company objectives
• Setting priorities of own tasks to ensure that the agreed deadline or SLA is met
• Taking responsibility for customer inquiries and handling them in an efficient and professional manner
• Developing strong relationships with Internal Sales
• Timely escalation of any issues to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager

You:

• Have good command of the Dutch and English language in speech and writing
• Have strong attention to detail
• Are process and result-oriented
• Are customer-oriented
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Are good at prioritizing
• Are strong with numbers
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook
• Have knowledge of SAP R3 (preferred)
