As a Sales Operations Trainee, you will support the team in managing and tracking orders, coordinating with different internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and efficient communication throughout the order cycle.

Some of the tasks that the selected person will carry out are:

• Support in the complete entry and management of orders.
• Track shipments and delivery status.
• Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, and other internal teams.
• Request purchases and track the arrival of merchandise.
• Provide support in credit incidents or delivery problems.
• Prepare and update reports and documents in Excel.
• Collaborate in daily operational communication between divisions.

Skills and experience:

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Good level of English.
• Solid handling of Excel.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn person.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Desirable: basic knowledge of SAP.
