Sales Manager For Cloud & Software Team

The Job

As a Sales Manager for the Cloud & Software team in Denmark, you will be responsible for ensuring the team's continued high motivation and competence level, as well as ensuring that both our current and future partners prefer to collaborate with TD SYNNEX. You will be responsible for developing our existing business with existing partners and driving demand with new partners, including building close relationships and listening to partners' needs to deliver the best solutions.

You will drive and execute the measures needed to ensure growth and bring strategic business areas to the market in collaboration with our suppliers, including executing commercially on TD SYNNEX's "Make It Personal" – where we customize our solutions based on the partner's needs.

You will become the leader of the Danish Cloud, Security & Software team, which is an experienced and committed team of nine colleagues with both Business Development Managers and Partner Success Managers. We work closely with our colleagues in our NordEast region, of which you will become a part. You will also become a part of the Danish Advanced Solutions management as well as the Nordic Cloud, Security & Software management. You will report to the Danish Advanced Solutions Director.

Your daily work will be characterized by many exciting tasks including:

  • Leadership responsibility for one of Denmark's most skilled cloud teams of nine colleagues in Denmark
  • Driving sales through existing partners and developing new partners
  • Development and implementation of TD SYNNEX's Cloud, Security and Software business plan, strategy & KPIs
  • Handling vendor management, especially focusing on the strategic ones such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Red Hat and Palo Alto
  • Execution of and input to sales and marketing plans as well as other commercial activities
  • Promoting a performance culture in the team and ensuring the most effective processes and tools to maximize sales and customer satisfaction
  • Building close cooperation with other teams in TD SYNNEX for cross-sell opportunities.

Your Profile

As a person, you have flair and interest in leadership while also having an unconditional commercial gene. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of common Cloud Security & Software technologies, including the hyperscalers. We expect you to have passion and interest in digital transformation and in how cloud solutions create value for partners. You are good at building relationships with both partners and suppliers, and you are motivated by creating results together with your team. You understand leading by example – you want and dare to go ahead in driving change and innovation. You are also a team player who thrives as part of a high-paced and energetic team where we win and develop together.
