We are seeking a resilient and committed Sales Operations Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering outstanding service to one of our largest vendors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, drives performance, and brings operational expertise to streamline and improve sales support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Operations Team, overseeing order processing, order management- through to invoice, and other sales admin tasks.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to optimise sales processes using existing tools.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and customer satisfaction remains high.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for individuals and the team.
  • Identify and implement process improvements across departments.
  • Provide regular performance reports and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Coordinate training to support product, system, and customer-specific knowledge.
  • Handle escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with other sales operations managers to drive and implement best practice.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

To Be Successful You Will Have The Following Skills And Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM systems; SAP experience is a plus.
