What We Are Looking For

As a Sales Account Manager Health, Corporate & Performance (HCP), you will be the point of contact for our customers in North and East Netherlands (Groningen, Drenthe, Friesland, and Overijssel). At Technogym, we are committed to providing high-quality solutions that improve the health and performance of people.

You will help hospitals, physiotherapy practices, and rehabilitation centers improve their care and have a positive impact on patients' health. You will also support corporate companies in setting up sports facilities for their employees and provide solutions that help top sports facilities maximize their talents.

In this role, you are more than a salesperson: you actively think about the strategic goals and challenges of your customers and translate these into concrete, valuable solutions. With our wide range of fitness equipment and digital platforms, you give organizations the tools to take health, vitality, and performance to the next level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving local sales targets;
  • Developing new business opportunities and expanding market share in the region;
  • Advising customers in the medical sector, corporate companies, and sports organizations about the best solutions fitting their objectives;
  • Maintaining and developing existing relationships and seeking new opportunities;
  • Carefully maintaining customer data, sales activities, and progress in CRM;
  • Building sustainable relationships leading to long-term partnerships;
  • Participating in events, fairs, and networking meetings to increase our visibility.

Function Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales as an Account Manager or similar role;
  • Completed education in business administration, commercial economy, sports management, or a relevant field;
  • Affinity with fitness, sports, and/or healthcare is a must;
  • Strong consultative sales skills and experience with complex deals;
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce is a plus);
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Affinity with health, movement, and performance;
  • Residing in Groningen, Friesland, or Overijssel and possessing a driver's license.
