Your Role

We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Country Field Sales Team, based in Victoria. This role offers great variety, with a strong focus on new business development, strategic account management, and building long-term customer relationships across multiple market segments.

As a Technogym salesperson, you're ambitious, professional, credible, and a true team player. You'll develop and nurture partnerships with key clients, managing a diverse portfolio of premium products, services, and digital wellness solutions that embody Technogym's commitment to performance and well-being.

• Manage territory and conduct customer/prospect visits in line with sales code

About You

You're passionate about fitness, enthusiastic, proactive, yet down-to-earth and ethical. You have a positive mindset, strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Should Bring

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Proven experience managing complex deals and selling solutions
• Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
• Solid CRM experience; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Result-oriented mindset
• Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills
