Your Role

Our Services teams continuously strive to raise the bar in service performance to ensure the best fitness experience anywhere, anytime.

We are seeking an energetic Service Contract Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing local service contract sales processes and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate contracts and proposals.

You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities to (up)sell contracts and contribute to the definition of new service offerings.

Your Impact

  • Achieve sales, discount and DSO targets (Cash-in) related to new and renewed service contract business
  • Manage service contract sales activities on equipment going out of warranty and with contracts due to expire
  • Manage opportunities through all steps of the process
  • Resolve invoicing queries to enable cash collection of overdue payments
  • Ensure customer retention for existing service contracts
  • Data and system management
  • Provide proactive support to the Field Sales workforce

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are exceptional at working in a team.

What you should bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in multinational companies with a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage clients' requests
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities – SAP/Salesforce/ServiceMax would be a plus
  • Experience in managing service contract terms and conditions
  • Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs and related management skills
  • Experience in managing client requests and complaints
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
